Drawing settings (SimpleMeasure en)

For the drawing mode of SimpleMeasure there are special settings that you can also open via the settings dialog: 

• Point snap: When moving points, they are automatically docked to already drawn lines and points
• Point snap to extensions: The docking mechanism is also activated for the extensions of lines (not visible)
• Snap distance: Determines the sensitivity or the distance at which the docking meachanism is automatically activated
• Magnifier: Activates the magnifier incl. the arrows for fine alignment when moving points
