Humidity usage profile

For the calculation of the air humidity, sources of humidity must be known. On the one hand, these are the persons already recorded for the heat emission (see person profile). These are automatically taken into account and need not be entered here.

Additional sources of moisture, such as cooking or showers, are recorded here. A humidity profile is created and preset with default values.

However, this should be adapted to the actual prevailing conditions. For this purpose, either the maximum value can be entered directly (either in g/h for each room or in g/(h m²)) with the corresponding hourly values (in % of this maximum value), or via the button "Select humidity sources", where a popup opens.

Here you have the possibility to add moisture sources and activate them independently by the hour. After confirming with "OK" a humidity profile is generated. If the desired source is not available, you can also edit the sources, i.e. rename them and change the humidity output in g/h.

Warning

If you close the popup with "OK", the old profile is overwritten!

The outside air exchange can reduce the indoor air humidity or, in humid weather, increase it. This is defined either in the ventilation profile or in the ventilation systems profile. Finally, cooling can extract moisture from the air if it condenses on the cold output.
