Preparing the image

Before you start your measurement, you can edit the image in order to obtain the best possible image conditions.Choose the right image
You can either select the image you want to use for your measurement from the image gallery of your device or capture it with the camera. After you have selected an image, you must decide on a quality level. Here you can choose between the original image and other quality levels with downscaled versions.
Depending on your device, a high-quality picture can slow down the editing process but can be more accurate.
Editing the image
After choosing an image, you can edit it and start with the measurements.
As long as you are still in the editing process, the image will be shown in a low quality to ensure faster loading times. As soon as you are done with the editing, the actual quality of the picture will be shown.
Rotation & Mirroring
The toolbar at the top makes it possible to rotate the image clockwise. Jump and rotate 90° degrees. The two other symbols give the option to mirror horizontally or vertically.

Correction of color & distortion
Open the correction tool for color & object at the image border. Here you can not only control the contrast, lightning and saturation but also straighten and distort the image. The neutral position is in the middle of the controller.

Once all the editing has been made, press confirm to transfer the image.
