Ventilation system

This page is visible if the detailed system mode with ventilation system is selected in the project options. It provides both an overview of the ventilation settings and the possibility to define the characteristics of a mechanical ventilation system. The flow rates of the ventilation system can be set for the entire building or for individual rooms, but only constantly throughout the year. The heat recovery applies to the entire system.

• A mechanical ventilation with optional heat recovery and permanent constant outside air flow can be set here.
• The ventilation through windows and infiltration defined in the usage profiles is also shown in the table for clarity, but cannot be edited here.

The ventilation settings of the entire building can be edited using the button above the table. To change the settings room by room, the desired rooms must be selected in the table. Air exchange rate or ventilation volume flow can then be changed in the input fields below the table and confirmed with the button.
