Power storage
Battery storage can be simulated. Generated PV energy that cannot be used to cover the load is stored in a solar energy storage tank. In times when too low PV energy can be generated to cover the load, the storage tank is emptied again before being connected to the grid. The mask is divided into five different areas:
Here the installation of an accumulator can be confirmed and the accumulator can be named.
Plant data
This area contains the annual power demand for orientation. This is derived from the household electricity entered by the profiles and, if necessary, from the consumption of the heating or air conditioning system. Furthermore, the installed PV capacity is also indicated.
Consideration of power limitation (grid feed-in)
Various programs call for capping the capacity of the electricity feed-in to a percentage of the maximum PV capacity to relieve the strain on the power grid, such as the KfW support program 275 and VDE-AR-N 4105, which expired at the end of 2018. Independent of the installation of a power storage unit, the power feed-in can also be limited to any value, for example to map local rules.
